  1. Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened products within 3 to 5 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused, and sealed condition.

  2. Opened Products: Once the product packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  3. Decant Products: Please note that decant products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Products must not be opened or used in order to be eligible for an exchange.

Products sent for exchange (if applicable) must be properly packed by the sender to prevent any damage or loss during transit; items received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
